Project Engineer

Project Engineer

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience in construction management, quantity surveying and project monitoring
  • Responsible for monitoring assigned projects according to the plans, specifications and schedules.
  • Monitor the work program of sub-contractors
  • Conduct periodoc site inspection and submit progress report and recommendations
  • Attend periodic technical meeting with the owner, architect, project engineers and contractors
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and other maintenance activities
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage

  • Responsible for the installation, repair,  design, evaluation, maintenance, and programming of Aiphone, CCTV, Anviz and other related electronic products
  • Specifically will be assigned to the In-house Electrical section

Aircon Technician

Aircon Technician

  • Diagnose sources or reasons for unit malfunction and recommend solution to customer
  • Repair unit or arrange for and replace malfunctiond unit according to customer’s consent and requests
  • Fix and replace thermostat, Freon and other parts or suppliers
  • Service and maintain unit according to contract with owner and agreed upn schedule
  • Inform owner or unit user of warranty information, recommended care of unit and operating instructions
  • Dispose of Freon or other air conditioning refrigerants or parts according to environmental and other laws

Promodiser

  • Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Willing to work on mall hours
  • Promote the product
  • Assist customers on their need
  • Do daily inventory and reports

Driver

  • Take instructions from supervisors
  • Maintain proper knowledge of loaded items
  • Assist in unloading items off the vehicle in a safe manner
  • Ensure that the delivery schedule is followed
  • Check vehicle for possible wear and tear
  • Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenance

  • Receive and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
  • Processes and districutes documentation with purchase orders. reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

Painter

  • Reading blueprints/instructions and examining surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work neccesary
  • Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
  • Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping. using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.

Carpenter

  • Responsible in compound maintenance which includes water piping, repair of furnitures, fabrication of crates for delivery, repair of roof and gutter and other basic carpentry
